Re: restore fails with error
Havri, Thank you for getting back to us and confirming that the new release is working as expected. The old snaps will be automatically cleared once they will get into their retention period, it is not advised to manually interfere with the process. With the new JetBackup 3.2 engine there is no more...

Re: restore fails with error
Havri, I now noted you are running EDGE version. We had a critical bug in JetBackup 3.2.14 causing the exact same scenario your are describing (empty backups). So any backup taken with version 3.2.14 is damaged and not usable. This is fixed in JetBackup 3.2.15 which you are already updated to. Can y...

Re: How do I activate billing in JBM?
Hi, currently billing is only supported in local / ssh remote incremental backup destinations. This is why you are getting the "unable to use job" error message (based on your screenshot). We have an open request about it (implementing other destinations for billing) and hopefully it will ...

Re: compressed archives downloading all backups
Havri, Thank you for reporting this issue on our EDGE branch :) Please use private channels (submit a ticket) to report issues that contains sensitive information (security issues, examples with real data etc). I opened an internal case about it for our devs, we will update here ASAP. Thanks, Eli.

Havry,
What version of JetBackup are you using ?
Do you have CloudLinux enabled in the general settings ?
Thanks,
Eli.
