For past week no daily backups were working despite them working past 2 or so months.
I can recall that i did update whm maybe the reason is that.
Anyhow i get error message saying:
Code: Select all
Backup job "BACKUPNAME" (#617e....3) has been aborted due to the following error: No accounts found for backup
When i go to account there is no active accounts however i can see my account in "Orphan Accounts" secion but i do not know how to retriev it.
Whats the problem and how to i fix this, please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us via the forums. This issue can mean the accounts may not have been properly fetched by JetBackup.
Can you please try restarting the JetBackup service with the following command:
