Recently, we found that when restoring, if SSL certificates are included,
the certificate used by the cPanel host after restoration will become self-signed,
causing errors in encrypted connections to the website.
Therefore, I want to exclude the SSL part of the restoration process from the default restoration options.
However, I did not see any relevant options in the settings.
I wonder if anyone knows about this issue?

Hello sanbis,
While we have not heard about this issue with SSL certificates becoming self-signed after a restore, our team is currently attempting to replicate this issue in a test environment. In the meantime, you can exclude SSL certificates during account restores. To do this, deselect the SSL Certificates backup item when performing a restore https://docs.jetbackup.com/v5.2/adminpa ... ic-options
If you still face this issue, we would advise that you open a ticket with our 24/7/365 support team! you can do this by emailing support@jetapps.com.
