Re: QNAP rsync issues

Hi,

Can you please share some more info with us,
What is the backed up data size?
Are the backup jobs finished with completed status?

Can you please also share the destination and the backup setup?

I'm looking forward to your replay.

Regards,
Ofir, JetApps team.

Re: Unistalling JetBackup

Hi MikaK, After removing jetapps-repo, all of the other JetApps packages should be removed as well, including the update Cron jobs. Re: Backup destination: Unable to create destination dir

Hi, Since SFTP auth is based on SSH those failures may be related. And it seems that JetBackup SSH authentication is not fully compatible with Synology servers. As part of our experience with Synology (clients issues) indicates that connection through an SSK key cannot be made. Also, as part of the ...

Re: Create Schedule's Backup Retain feature

Hi EdgeCity, It's nice to hear from you again :) In case you set the Backup Retain to 1, you will only have 1 backup on the backup destination server for each backed up account. Only the new files will be uploaded and old unexisting files will be deleted from the backup. It's not possible to set the...

Re: Does Jetbackup make a full copy of the server data before it runs an Rsync to your destination?

Hi Norm, On JetBackup you can choose if to keep your backups locally or send them directly to a remote server. JetBackup also allows the ability to perform incremental backups (on the supported backup destinations) to decrease the backup run time and consume less disk space on the backup destination...
