In the firewall, I enabled All TCP and that worked. So other than ICMP, there must be more ports I need to open up on the Management Console side..

Now that the cPanel v5.2.5-3 is stable, we now have the option to register our servers with JetBackup Management Console. Upon doing so, in the queue we get this error: Unable to ping back MC server.
