Are you using root or "regular" user to connect ?
What exactly did you configured inside "Backup Directory" section ?

Please try the following - 1. Edit backup destination 2. Set new ssh credentials 3. Leave the "key" field empty It should try and login, if successful -> it will push the key to the remote destination. If not, can you confirm a simple ssh login from the server itself to the backup destinat...
