Re: Example of jetcli command
Hi, You need to send the entire settings of the affected page, or else they will be "zeroed" (I know it's annoying, we changed that in JetBackup 3.2) Here is an example from the "settings::performance" page. In this example I changed 3 values - gziponsql, rsyncbwlimit, queueactiv...

Re: Exclude user from backup
Hi,
You should be able to exclude accounts through the job properties page (see attached).
JetBackup can use some more sophisticated ways to include/exclude accounts.
If you can please describe what you are trying to achieve here, I might advise on a different approach here
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: Post job bash scripts
Hi, Just a follow up's to Alex's response, please try the following - 1. print the environment from ssh running as root (printenv). 2. do the same from the cron (print output to a file) 3. compare them, add the missing env variables to the cron For example - export PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bi...

Re: rsync & Amazon S3
Hi,
If the main issue is the local copy that native cPanel backup creates prior of pushing the backup to S3, then using JetBackup should resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: SSH key
Hi,
Can you add the destination using a password authentication ?
This way JetBackup will automatically add the needed key where needed.
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: Backup Job Stuck on Account 1 of 4 Total Progress 0%
Hi, It's really hard to diagnose as we need some more information. Can you please open a support ticket with us providing server details so we could have a closer look ? Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend using FTP for large sites, rsync over ssh should be much more reliable & faster. Thanks, Eli.
