Hi,
JetBackup currently doesn't support compressed backups. We only copy files, without compressing them.
This work around might help -

I was able to replicate this in our test server and opened in internal case with our developers.

Hi,
Have you tried the "Check ftp connection" button in the settings to make sure it works ?
Also, I think we have a problem with passwords that contains special chars, can you please try a password that consists only from letters and numbers ?
