Hello,

The best backup destination is SSH
Saving only changes and saving lot of disk space

The clear cache is running after each job that run
Just set it on the job settings page

Hello,

if the .my.cnf file is exists on the root folder the installation will create the database for you,
if not you need to create the database manually.

you can open support ticket with the server login details and we will install the plugin for you.

Hello,

Please check if the "Update Remote Incremental Backups Sizes" option is enabled, if do disabled and rerun the clear cache.

"Settings > Performance Settings"

Also how can I export/copy the jetbackup configuration so that I can use the same or similar configuration on another server. This will be useful when managing many servers and when deploying to new servers. Hello, That option is available in our WHMCS module. There is an "Easy Deployment"...

There is an option to restore files and folders from the file manager.
Please check you permissions at "Permissions › cPanel Global Users › Allow cPanel User to Restore via File Manager"
