Hi,
This shouldn't happen. I am not sure what's the issue here...
Can you please open a support ticket with us providing your server login details so we can have a look ?
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: Fatal error
Hi, Seems like the automated installation was not able to create a MySql user and authenticate. Please try the following - 1. Completely remove JetBackup 2. Install a fresh copy from the EDGE tier. You can select update tier from the JetApps menu inside WHM - https://docs.jetapps.com/jetbackup/upgra...

Re: S3 Remote Backup Scheduling
Hi Alex,
Just a follow up to see which backup approach you took eventually ?
If you are still considering JetBackup, please a open a ticket with us and ask for a configuration review (free of charge).
Thanks

Re: jetcli backup -vfR clearcache [Error: stdin is not a tty
Hi,
Just a follow up on this thread to update that the "clear cache" command is deprecated in JetBackup 3.1.X branch and won't be used/needed anymore in JetBackup 3.2.x Branch
JetBackup 3.2 is now on EDGE tier and should be released to BETA around February 2018.
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: Length of first backup
Hi,
It's normal for FTP based copy to take long, because ftp by it's nature is "slower" then rsync.
Once you reach the incremental rotation level, backup should be running faster.
Note that the faster method would be rsync over ssh
Thanks,
Eli.

Re: whm jetbackup destination onedrive
Hi, Thanks for reaching out to our support forum :) Unfortunately, the functionality you're looking for here is not something that is currently offered by JetBackup. The "Closest" thing I can think of is GoogleDrive. If you think supporting this could be useful, I would encourage you to pl...

Re: Partially Completed ?
Hi, In general, a "Partially completed" status means that the backup procedure was completed, only that it has some issues with some accounts / files. To find out more you will need to open the backup job log and see which account failed (search for the word "failed" inside the l...
