jetbackup "Unable to execute cpanel package account"

Post by havri »

Hello,

I started to see a problem a couple of weeks ago with some of the accounts in the mail summary. It says that the panel package account count not be executed:

USER1...SUCCESS
USER11...SUCCESS
USER111...SUCCESS
USER1111...FAILED - Unable to execute cpanel package account
USER11111...SUCCESS
USER111111...SUCCESS
USER1111111...SUCCESS

Can someone point me in the right direction to solve this?

Thank you.

Hi,

This usually happens when a cPanel update is initiated while JetBackup is running. The "/scripts/pkgacct" is locked during the update and the backup to the current account (or more..) fails.

Anyhow, we have an open case about it and it should be fixed in the 3.2.x branch.

Thanks,
Eli.

Hello elialum,

Thanks for the update. I will wait for the 3.2 release and check again.

Best regards.
