No space left on device

Hi,

We are having issues with backups from our server, They are being compressed and ready to FTP then fail on FTP Jetbackups is failing so No space left on device. There is currently 6.8tb's left on our backup and cannot work out why this is failing.

Can you advise ?

Thank you for sharing this with us, I will try to assist you.

Can you please turn on the debug mode on your JetBackup and re-run the backup job,
And share the job log with us?

Debug mode can be enabled by Settings->General page and set 'Debug Active' option.
