JetBackup disappeared from Cpanel Menu

I was able to see jetbackup menu on Cpanel GreenGeeks hosting dashboard yesterday and today it just disappeared. I am not sure what happened. Yesterday I was trying to recover a directory but an error was showing that I need to wait for 24 hours to restore it. And after 24 hours the jetbackup menu is no longer available. Even when I go back to the link I opened yesterday, it just opens a blank page with the heading 'Jetbackup'. Where there used to be a table with all the backup details now there is a blank page. How can I fix this? I really need to restore a directory from the backup. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

It appears that there might be an issue with the configuration of JetBackup by your hosting provider. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to seek further assistance and resolution for this matter.

At cPanel the JetBackup options are still showing: https://prnt.sc/KA5TVQ34b6S3 but when I click on them I get the error: https://prnt.sc/_ryDXSn22D6I

I have tried upgrading the JetBackup version, but since the JetBackup version is already the latest, it's the same, and doesn't update itself.
