Jetbackup restore failing

Post by rbr »

I have my accounts buckups with JetBackup cpanel plugin sending backups to Amazon S3. Everyday they run successfully as reported by jetbackup plugin.

Today, my server crashed, so I set up a new server and tried to restore my cpanel accounts. But restore is failing with this log:

[ERROR] Unable to find download file on destination (jetbackup_1_1_658448e167d7767b196b4d52/[ACCOUNTNAME]_658445c15b8e03583c5bc879/snap.3/jetbackup.configs/config/[ACCOUNTNAME].conf). Error: The file/directory provided not found

I went to AWS and what is there is this:

jetbackup_1_1_658448e167d7767b196b4d52/[ACCOUNTNAME]_658445c15b8e03583c5bc879/snap.3/jetbackup.index

All /snap.x/ folder contents for any account have a jetbackup.index file not folder jetbackup.configs

It was supposed to work out of the box, wan't it?

What can I do to restore my accounts?

Please somebody help me!

If anyone come across this problem, this is how it was solved after help from Jetbackup support:

Destination -> Select the destination -> click on Reindex

After I reindexed the backups I had in S3, I could restore the accounts.
