How i can fix Unknow Error

No backup worked so far. Single Account Remote Backup Cron Job :: Unknown Error It's the only error I get. I do not know where and how to try to solve. Where are the logs?

Hi,

Have you tried the "Check ftp connection" button in the settings to make sure it works ?
Also, I think we have a problem with passwords that contains special chars, can you please try a password that consists only from letters and numbers ?

Hi,

Usually single account remote backups are caused for 3 main reasons -

1. There is no backup file to copy (we don't create the backups, only transfer an already created by cpanel backup).
2. Cron job is not set at: Settings -> Single Account Remote Backups
3. Everything is configured ok, only that the backup job for the specified user is disabled. You can verify this from "Remote backups" -> "Single Account Remote Backups" - Make sure there is a *green* check-mark in the desired username row, and there is a specified backup type under "Backup Types" row.

Most likely it's option #3.
