Hello,
I run a manual update from 3.0.60 to 3.0.62, after it i got the following error message in WHM: Invalid Machine ID provided after manual update - Error while trying to validate you License: Invalid Machine ID provided (----) for the IP 5.189.x.x on the product "JetBackupManager".
I purchased a yearly licence in 18/09/2015, IP not changed.
More details from IP and ID I can send via email if it is necessary.
