cPanel customer self-restore and others

Hello,
I just installed a licenced JetBackup 3.0.93
After setup a remote SSH destination, I did a first "Accounts Incremental" with success.
Inside a customer cPanel area, I can see the backup and explore the files at filemanager and database backups.

So I need help in these points:

1) I cannot see the "restore button", so the customer cannot restore files or database, only download them;
2) The "Snapshots" and "Queue" icons, show: "You don't have permissions to access this page."
3) Also I could not find how the customer can make a manual backup from his cPanel account;
