Hi, am trying to readd ssh location back into Jetbackup after temp removing it due to raid failure on the remote server which resulted in needing to reinstall the server as all data was lose.

The issue am having when am trying to readd it am keep getting this error We could not validate this connection.Host key verification failed. which I know is caused by the remote server having a new ssh host keys, where dose Jetbackup store this as I can't find any known_hosts file with the line for that server.

Please try the following -

1. yum update openssh on your source server
2. Login to your backup server, under the affected user remove the ".ssh" folder
3. Change your backup user password
4. Login to WHM -> JetBackup set the new details and re-try
