Restore Fails after upgrade

Hello, I have upgraded jetbackup to version 4. But soon after the migration finished all the old backups are not usable. It can not backup nor restore to the destination.
Please help

helpdesk so our Support Technicians can QUICKLY assist you in resolving this, since backups should remain usable after a software upgrade.
