Problem restoring mail

Hi!
One of my customers lost his mail. I'm trying to restore a remote backup for that email user (user@domain), but it's not working: the mailbox is blank after restore.
This is how I'm doing it:
a) I login to WHM as root, and go to "jetbackup".
b) On the JetBackup menu, I select "Restore&Download"
c) On the options above, in "backup type" i select "Email backups"
d) On the "Find Account" I type the users account name, and it appears with: "Total of 178 backups found for this account"
e) On the dropdown menu under "Total of 178 backups...", I select the account I want to restore. It appears to have a size of 4.02 GB
f) I select the account (checkbox)
g) On the top buttons, I click on "RESTORE".
h) The queue runs after some seconds.
Result: the email account is completely empty.
What am I missing?
