Can you check my exclude list for errors?

Post by WHP » November 3rd, 2019, 8:45 am

I am using this list for our test server Jetbackup exclude file and was wondering if I has any items not added correctly.

I know most are from the jet suggestion, but a couple I added like to exclude cPanel trash files, ect..

Also do you know if this works with the cPanel exclude file as well or does Jetbackup use a different exclude protocol?

Code: Select all

Hi,

Your exclude list looks fine.
Although some backup destinations (such as Amazon destination) has a different exclude syntax.
For more information: https://docs.jetbackup.com/manual/whm/B ... Files.html

As for your second question, Jetbackup uses a different exclude protocol for different destination type.

Regards.
