Hello 3awh,

Thank you for reaching out to us via the forums. For the issue you are facing, please make sure the permissions are set up accordingly to allow the user to make directories on said destination. You can always check if you can make a directory in the desired path by attempting to create one manually, through your terminal.

If you've checked that your user has the correct permissions and you are still facing this error, please reach out to our 24/7 support team at support@jetapps.com.

Permissions are set correctly. Have not changed anything.
one day it works the next time it doesn't. there's no set time when it works or doesn't that I noticed
I have local and home server setup each day it switches off.
The home server ubuntu is the problem. today I did the latest updates as I do every few days.
I have a 1 Gig connection to the internet.
