There was a failed license check. Error: Failed checking license (https://check.jetlicense.com/v2/). Error: cURL error 77: (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html). Please visit the following link for more information https://docs.jetbackup.com/licensing_is ... ation.html

curl error 77 is 'Problem with reading the SSL CA cert'

This is a server side error?
Do I need to be worried?

curl runs just fine from the command line on the host

# curl https://check.jetlicense.com/v2/

{"success":true,"message":"","data":{"localkey":"||Invalid|No product ID was provided.","hash":"","msg":"No product ID was provided.","status":"Invalid","expires":""}}

I've restarted all the jet backup services, how do I force a license check?

Hello MudgeeHost,

Thank you for your patience! Please note that the cURL error 77 appears to be a PHP CORE issue and isn't related to a bug in JetBackup, as we have seen several other providers experiencing the same issue. To simply resolve this issue, please restart the effect services. You can find more information in the link provided below.

To force Jetbackup to validate your license, you can use the command below.

/usr/bin/jetbackup5 --license

Hopefully, this helps clarify your question!

Best Regards,
