Debugging - Partially Completed

Hi Guys,

I'm getting partially completed backups but the log file doesn't really tell me much.

It doesn't tell me why it only partially completed or what that even means? Do some accounts get backed up and not others? Some some of the accounts miss some files etc?

Any tips welcome.

Hello brooky,

Thank you for your patience. To generate more information in the log files, please enable debug mode. You can do this by going into Settings >> Debug Active. Afterward, kindly perform a backup process, and upon completion of the task, you can review the detailed log. From there, you'll be able to better diagnose the issue.
